At AV Dawson at Middlesbrough Port, we completed a full-scale industrial painting project, delivering a high-quality finish across a large commercial building.
Working closely with the site team, we prepared all surfaces to ensure long-lasting adhesion and durability. Using advanced airless spray systems, we applied CP80 paint in three complementary colours with precision, achieving a consistent, professional finish across walls, metalwork, and structural elements. The use of airless spraying allowed us to cover large areas efficiently while maintaining crisp lines and even coats.
To reach all areas safely and efficiently, our team used MEWPs and specialist access equipment, operating fully in compliance with IPAF standards and wearing the appropriate PPE. Health and safety were a top priority throughout the project, ensuring a controlled and secure working environment in a busy industrial setting.
All preparation and painting works were carried out to industrial standards, and the three-colour CP80 scheme not only enhanced the building’s aesthetic but also provided durable protection suitable for a high-traffic, exposed port environment.
